If something is not working as expected in Xin Nian, try the guidance below or contact us by email.

The app does not display correctly

Close Xin Nian completely and open it again. Confirm that both iOS and Xin Nian are updated to an available version.

Hold the phone securely, keep it still as prompted, then use a small up-and-down motion. You can always tap the on-screen control instead.

Open the Still Archive page and choose Restore Purchases. Use the Apple Account that made the original purchase; restoring does not charge you again.

Still Archive content remains on your device. Before replacing or resetting your iPhone, create a full local backup from the Still Archive page.

Please include your iPhone model, iOS version, app version, and a short description of what happened so we can investigate.
